Pouring(1): This is the pouring room with 2 sets of VIP
high-frequency furnace, our capacity reaches 1500tons per year. |

Pouring (2): Raw material: The main raw material is
304、316、316L、17-4、430、409..etc., we¨ll add the alloy during the
smelting process to make sure the material meets customer¨s
standard.

Pouring (3): Temperature control system: we have the strict
control of smelting temp., poring temp., and the shell- preheating
temp.

Pouring (4): Material analysis: Before pouring process, we use
the spectrometer to analyze the material in order to ensure the
material for each furnace meets the requirement.

Pouring (5) : Pouring process: Currently rely on manual
operations, we strictly require the safety protection and operating
skills to ensure the smooth pouring process as well as to protect
the safety of operating personnel. |

Pouring (6): Heat treatment: Based on different customer
requirement, we set up the heat treatment process for castings,
which will change the internal physical structure of the
castings and also enhance the casting strength.
